Electrical Workshop

The company has been operating in electromechanical repairs since its foundation, especially in the naval sector.

The workshop is able to offer ordinary maintenance of electric motors and alternators of any size, both in AC and DC. If the failure is particularly serious we are able to rewind, both in wire and in strip, the electric machines, returning the original features. To support these processes we have demolition and drying ovens and an immersion painting system.

It is also possible to dynamically balance rotors weighing up to 3 tons.

The tests on the electric machines are carried out both blankly and by powering them via digital soft starters in order to verify each electrical parameter.

Within the electrical department, Gennaro also deals with maintenance of transformers, electrobrakes, coils and all electrical components in general.

The service activity at the Customer allows ordinary and predictive maintenance to be carried out, including vibrational or thermographic analyses.
